The book of Romans is appropriately considered the most comprehensive summary of Christianity in the whole Bible. In a very real sense, Romans serves as the Bible’s own systematic theology of itself. In just 433 verses, over the course of 16 chapters, we are presented with the realities of God’s judging and saving righteousness in the Gospel.

We created this study guide to help you deepen your understanding of and love for God’s word. It is designed to pair with Walnut Creek Church’s sermon series through the book of Romans. Our hope is that you take time to study each passage for yourself, hear God’s word preached at church, and talk about it with others throughout the week.
